I was very loyal to the Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. I have lived in Covina for 6 years now and I always continued making my way to downtown LA to pick up my car from Honda of Downtown Los Angeles not because the service was 10 out of 10 exceptional but I thought that was the best a car dealership could be. My Honda CRV needed to be upgraded ASAP and I decided to stumble inside the Norm Reeves Honda superstore in West Covina. My point was just to walk around and look at the cars I want before making my way all the way out there. The sales serviceman Daniel completely change the trajectory of the evening. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He listened to everything that I wanted and pulled out some cars to show me. I fell in love with the Honda Trailsport in Ash Green. I was so used to being at the dealerships for 8 to 10 hours. You have to make it a whole day situation and Daniel made it so easy we were in and out of there within four hours and I got a car that I wanted at the price that I wanted. Such a great salesman super knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles. I can officially say that I am so glad I no longer have to make the drive I can rely on Norm Reeves Honda superstore in West Covina.

John was fantastic from the very beginning. Before I even stepped foot in the dealership, he took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. He was friendly, patient, straightforward, and never once made me feel pressured. He really made me feel like he was working with me rather than trying to sell me something. Amer handled the finance and paperwork portion and was absolutely amazing. Anyone who has purchased a car knows that sitting down to sign all the paperwork usually isn’t the fun part lol, but Amer somehow managed to make even that enjoyable. I came here to buy a brand new car, and I settled on wanting to look for a blue Honda Civic hatchback sport hybrid. The leasing consultant I was negotiating with, Louie Zhang, was really helpful. He had prepared beforehand the total cost, along with the breakdown. Throughout the negotiations, he would be checking costs and asking his finance manager for approval. He also let me test drive the car, we drove around several streets in order for me to get a feel of how the car is. Mr Zhang was really helpful with answering all my questions, especially about the different accessory that the car has, different controls etc. I would recommend asking for him if you are trying to find a good deal for a car.

Had an amazing sale was able to get the car a wanted for a great price. They didn’t have the car but they found it quick and had the car ready for pick up the next day

The process began online with getting prequalified instantly and uploading all documents which made the experience at the dealership so much easier. I was greeted by Kunaal who immediately knew what I was there for and wasted no time in bringing out the vehicle that I wanted to test drive. He answered all our questions, was honest and very transparent. He gave us a great deal and we walked away within a couple of hours very satisfied with our new Prologue.
