They fixed our old '05 Civic which needed many repairs. It took a week to find refurbished parts and get everything done. What bugs me is the driver's door lock was not properly attached and needed repair again days later. The new key that we were given is still finicky. It goes in one way to open the door and another way to close it. I still have problems with the lock.

I had an appointment today to fix a factory defect on a Honda Pilot. Initially, I was told this service was going to take 3-4 hrs. So, I decided to request transportation services. Which I now regret, since I had to wait almost 2 hrs for transportation. As soon as the first customer was dropped off I got a message that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I’m a new customer to this dealer and disappointed with the transportation services. It will be nice to provide updates or other options to customers.
