I highly recommend Louie Zhang at Honda! My car-buying experience here was absolutely fantastic. Louie is not only incredibly professional but also super attentive. The process began online with getting prequalified instantly and uploading all documents which made the experience at the dealership so much easier. I was greeted by Kunaal who immediately knew what I was there for and wasted no time in bringing out the vehicle that I wanted to test drive. I had an appointment today to fix a factory defect on a Honda Pilot. Initially, I was told this service was going to take 3-4 hrs. So, I decided to request transportation services. Which I now regret, since I had to wait almost 2 hrs for transportation. As soon as the first customer was dropped off I got a message that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I’m a new customer to this dealer and disappointed with the transportation services. It will be nice to provide updates or other options to customers.
