The CR-V also offers the available 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that pushes the performance further to 190 horsepower.

Cabin Space & Cargo Room

Both the Forester and CR-V offer more than 100 cubic feet of space in their respective cabins. Each crossover includes enough space and seating for five passengers. However, the CR-V offers more rear legroom with 40.4 inches while the Subaru Forester only offers 39.4 inches of legroom for its rear passengers.

The Honda CR-V includes 39.2 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row. The Forester, on the other hand, only includes 35.4 cubic feet of cargo space behind its rear seats. Each vehicle offers split and fold rear seats to expand the overall cargo space.

Media & Technology Features

The Honda CR-V also includes Speed-Sensitive Volume Compensation. This feature recognizes when the engine performance is loud and affecting the audio levels. This system will then automatically raise the audio levels without driver intervention. The Forester doesn’t offer a helpful feature like this in its cabin.
